The European Masters in Human Rights and Democratisation class of 2009/2010 celebrates the African Human Rights Day today on October 21. The students commemorated the twenty third anniversary of the entry into force of the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights and the progress of the Human Rights discourse in Africa. Other activities to celebrate Africa Human Rights-related initiatives may be organised during the first semester of the programme by E.MA students 2009/2010.
